What should I wear and what is the procedure like?
Wear comfortable clothing such as yoga pants, shorts, and t-shirts. During the procedure, you will lay in a relaxing position. A New You Coach technician will place light paddles on the areas you select to target. You’ll relax while the lights work on fat loss and then you will spend time on a vibrating machine that will further enhance fat loss. Many clients relax enough to take a quick snooze
Is there anyone who cannot do a light session?
People with the following conditions are not candidates for a light session:
- Hepatitis C/D
- Heart problems (not under care of physician)
- Autoimmune disease (not under care of physician)
- Thyroid problems (not under care of physician)
